Surface Preparation
- Surface must be clean, dry, and structurally sound.
- Remove dust, debris, and loose particles.
- Apply primer to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Level uneven surfaces with appropriate repair mortar.
Application Procedure
Unroll the membrane and position it on the prepared surface. Use a gas torch to heat the underside of the membrane until the bitumen melts. Press firmly onto the substrate to ensure complete contact. Overlap joints by 80-100mm and seal edges with compatible sealant. For complex details, use appropriate flashing and detail membranes.
Storage
Store rolls upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and ignition sources. Shelf life is 12 months in original packaging.
